Redesigned and enhanced the current landscape at Life Choices, St. Ann's Center in Phillipsburg, N.J. The project consisted of cleaning up the run off area on the right side of the front of the premises by putting in river stone and a few decorative plants. He also planted four new dogwood trees. In addition, he removed the old flowers bed and created a new flower bed that extended the length of the building. The new flower beds have a black edging border, new flowers and mulch.

Created a welcome center for those visiting the historical grave sites of St James Lutheran Church. The project consisted of building frames to display the old cemetery maps and the new map of the veterans' graves created by Sam Young (2015 Eagle Scout). He also created and installed a new staircase to access the building. In addition, he spackled and painted the walls and cleaned the wood floors. He relocated the existing filing cabinets, paperwork, and the like to the front room.

Project was performed for Common Sense for Animals. Created five new parking spots by clearing out trees and dirt and leveling out area and then putting down gravel and finished with stone. In the rear of the building removed debris and old equipment to create a garden. Used the soil from the parking spots and built two new garden beds to house fruits and vegetables.

Created by hand three picnic tables for church-goers of Simply Grace Methodist Church in Bloomsbury, NJ for recreation, as well as, a sandbox to benefit the children of the church's childcare program and the Sunday School. In addition,he beautified the existing prayer garden by planting perennial flowers and sedges, as well as, a butterfly bush. He cleaning dead leaves and other debris from the back area of the church and cemetery.

Located in the basement of the Phillipsburg Free Library, he created custom book shelves to hold Free Press Newspaper archive books for easy referencing when required by staff. Prior to the construction of these shelves they were laid out on the floor stacked up by year. He also replaced some hanging folder shelves with handmade wood shelves so the staff could house reference materials, which was located in a locked room on the main floor of the library.

Replaced the old St James Lutheran Church Cemetery sign with a new handmade sign that included flowers and mulch at the base. Also provided a light so it could be seen at night. Performed cleanup of the grounds throughout the cemetery.

Created an AutoCad Map, recorded birth and death records, and pictorial documentation of approximately 100 veterans that reside in the St. James Lutheran Church Cemetery for the historical society. Performed major cleanup of grounds, as well as, cutting down dead tree branches throughout cemetery.

Installed a flag pole, and shrubs at the Greenwich baseball fields for use by sports team to honor our country prior to the start of games. Mike dedicated this project to Matthew Hurte, a Greenwich resident, who was an avid athlete. Matthew died suddenly at the age of 14.
